Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Serve food and beverages, assist guests with special needs, attend to group arrivals and departures, and provide information regarding hotel features and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Receive and deliver items and messages for guests, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and offer exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, team player, dependability, reliability, and organized are required.
