Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and attend to group arrivals and departures.
  • Front Desk Operations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, receive and deliver items and messages for guests, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, reliability, team player, client focus, flexibility, initiative, dependability, and organized.
