Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to help our guests make the most of their stay.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for our guests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process room reservations and cancellations with ease, ensuring our guests' needs are met.
  • Provide general information about local points of interest and attractions to enhance our guests' experience.
  • Offer exceptional customer service at all times, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
