**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

**Job Description:** As a Quality Control Lead, you will support the Quality Control function by overseeing the review and interpretation of QC reports, documents, investigation activities, and the resolution of any concerns. Working under general supervision, you will prepare decisions, reports, summaries, and recommendations, which will be reviewed by senior personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Quality Management Systems, ensuring alignment with QHSE/QA/QC policies, best practices, and corporate values
  • Maintain quality documentation, reviews regulatory data submissions, and verifies compliance or addresses non-conformance
  • Prepare engineering and document control packages in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager, supporting timely distribution to project teams
  • Develop and implement programs to reduce incidents and risks, ensuring effective risk management plans
  • Reviews bid packages for quality requirements, prepares quality documentation for submissions, and addresses any quality-related bid issues

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of direct Quality Control experience
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with team management, relationship building, change management, accountability, and ensuring safety in diverse environments
