What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Support the Investment Advisor in general administrative duties, including the management of client accounts and the preparation of client reviews and presentations.
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date.
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
  • Monitor all pending transfers to ensure completion on a timely basis.

Requirements:

  • Related experience in customer service and a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Progressive in pursuing education, building skills, and professional experience.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
