Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the branch, focusing on company communications, report preparation, correspondence, and file maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all customers via various channels.
  • Maintain and manage the payroll process on site.
  • Answer incoming and make outgoing customer telephone calls.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns within established guidelines.
  • Track customer information and concerns, entering data into the database.
  • Research and complete customer refunds, submitting for approval before payment.
  • Maintain new account files.
  • Process customer account inquiries received via email.
  • Process payments and enter vendor invoices for payment.
