Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canproys Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing support for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Knowledge of government or community programs that support youth employment, veterans, and Indigenous people.
