Delsan-AIM inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office
