We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at VC Retail Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and compiling data. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and will be required to participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. The candidate will also be required to assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, and childcare.
