Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Pet Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and Coordinating Staff: Lead and manage a team of pet groomers, trainers, and receptionists, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
  • Scheduling and Workflows: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems, workflow processes, and productivity-enhancing initiatives to optimize staff utilization, minimize downtime, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Client Communication and Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in a related field, such as animal science, business administration, or hospitality management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the pet care industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
