We are seeking a skilled Pet Care Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pet grooming facility at Dogs' Avenue.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Job DescriptionAs a Pet Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and Coordinating Staff: Lead and manage a team of pet groomers, trainers, and receptionists, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
- Scheduling and Workflows: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems, workflow processes, and productivity-enhancing initiatives to optimize staff utilization, minimize downtime, and maximize client satisfaction.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Client Communication and Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A degree or diploma in a related field, such as animal science, business administration, or hospitality management.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the pet care industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
