Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team as a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Printing Solutions.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a territory with a list of accounts, assessing client needs, and developing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead a territory with a portfolio of commercial printing clients and develop strategic plans to grow revenue.
- Assess client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their printing requirements.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND ENHANCE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely project execution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead in the competitive commercial printing market.
- 4-6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a focus on commercial printing solutions.
- Strong understanding of PC and network concepts, as well as the ability to apply these skills to deliver comprehensive printing solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently seek new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is an asset.
