We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Print Production Specialist to join our team in Montreal. This role is a hybrid position, with a balance of remote and office work.

Job Overview

The Senior Print Production Specialist will be responsible for working closely with clients to develop strategic plans for their print production needs. This will involve supporting day-to-day client interaction and briefings, as well as maintaining regular contact with key clients to ensure awareness of delivery and account status.

This role requires strong commercial awareness and focus, with the ability to understand and manage client expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in French and English language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support assigned projects with day-to-day client interaction and briefings
  • Maintain regular client contact with key clients to build awareness of delivery and account status
  • Proactively manage client expectations by providing regular activity updates, advice and recommendations to enhance delivery and campaign performance
  • Provide input into potential opportunities via interactions with Business Director regarding growth areas across Indicia Worldwide services lines, bringing in relevant SMEs to support
  • Support line manager in discussions with clients about their brief requirements and add thoughts, insights and knowledge to help define their brief
  • Support in briefing the production team and get their support on accurate and thorough spec completion and follow required ways of working
  • Support in the development of monthly review of financials and projects delivered highlighting key achievements, challenges and progress against reciprocal KPIs
  • Understand why savings are up/down and proactively take steps to collaborate with key stakeholders to improve performance and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support management of client, team and supplier conversations on assigned projects to find mutually beneficial outcomes, be it in terms of improved timings, savings opportunities, value engineering, quality, creativity, design, brand presence, etc.
Requirements
  • Background in Production Management, ideally 4+ yrs of experience, preferably coming with Account Management experience
  • Demonstrated exposure to multicultural and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of all sorts of cultures and backgrounds
  • High level of proficiency in French and English language is mandatory and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Relevant experience across multiple industry categories would be beneficial in the marketing/client management industry, i.e., Media, Retail, Digital, Healthcare, Automotive, Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Beverage, etc.
  • Direct technical knowledge and experience of the print management process including 2D and 3D production
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
