Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative - Engineering Solutions to join our Key Account Management team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new revenue streams by educating customers about Vention's offerings and value proposition.
  • Inform new customers about Vention's history within existing key accounts and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Promote marketing events and drive user attendance to foster strong connections with our community.
  • Build skills and expertise in discovery calls, sales processes, qualification methodologies, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting within existing users of key accounts to qualify prospects' needs and challenges and effectively map them to Vention's solutions.
  • Set up highly qualified meetings with senior sales experts to run introductory meetings and demos.
  • Collaborate with Senior KAM and marketing teams to implement strategy and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or technical sales.
  • Tech background preferred, with a degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Active listening, intelligent questioning, and a passion for customer success.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
