Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and leadership. As a Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and visual display, to create engaging and effective in-store experiences.
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, with a minimum of one year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
