About the Role

HUB International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our Windsor, Ontario office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, ensuring strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, including client queries, renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including retention and cross-selling goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand their insurance portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and sales, to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company procedures, participating in training and education seminars as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably within Personal Lines.
  • A RIBO license is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and productivity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with EPIC broker management system is an asset.
