We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
