Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Train and supervise staff as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
