We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pet Valu. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that they are accurate and professional.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
