Administrative Assistant Role at RIGHT PRICE AUTO SALES LTD

About the Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RIGHT PRICE AUTO SALES LTD.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  2. Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  3. Supervise and train other workers.
  4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  5. Schedule and confirm appointments.
  6. Manage contracts, training, and development strategies.
  7. Advise senior management on administrative matters.
  8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  9. Oversee payroll administration and manage employee records.
  10. Arrange travel and related itineraries.
  11. Provide customer service and greet visitors.
  12. Set up and maintain information filing systems.
  13. Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Working Conditions

  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
