Job Title: Media and Marketing Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media and Marketing Liaison to join our team at Thind Motion Films Private Limited. This role will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing information on development opportunities and acting as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Act as spokesperson for the organization, representing the company in meetings, presentations, and other external events.

  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials, ensuring they are of high quality and align with the company's brand and messaging.

  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media, building relationships and securing press coverage for the company.

  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, showcasing the company's expertise and services.

  • Develop feasibility studies, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, leveraging digital channels to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.

  • Develop marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia, showcasing the company's expertise and thought leadership.

  • Develop and implement business plans, working closely with senior management to drive business growth and expansion.

  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as marketing, public relations, or communications.

  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks and projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and reliability.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.

  • Ability to develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, showcasing the company's expertise and services.
