Overview


BC Housing seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Women's Transition Housing & Supports Program team.



Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the WTHSP team, including portfolio administration, program development, delivery, and advancement. They will perform general administrative and operational support functions and act as an administrative liaison working with internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the WTHSP team to ensure effective portfolio administration and program delivery.
  • Perform general administrative and operational support functions, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Act as an administrative liaison between the WTHSP team and internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A secondary school diploma plus completion of post-secondary courses in office or program administration or other relevant fields.
  • Sound experience in office administration, preferably in a social services or non-profit setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Salary Information:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $64,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
