Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and determining office procedures. Additionally, the candidate will schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and compile data.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Schedule appointments and confirm reservations
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Willing to relocate
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
