Role Overview:

The In-Room Dining Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional In-Room Dining experiences to our guests. This role requires a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service and a commitment to developing high-performing teams. As a member of our luxury hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who deliver exceptional In-Room Dining experiences to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of In-Room Dining service, including menu development, order taking, food and beverage preparation and delivery, guest service, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional In-Room Dining experiences to guests.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by proactively addressing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and sanitation regulations, including food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Control costs and maximize profitability by managing inventory, optimizing order fulfillment processes, and minimizing waste within the In-Room Dining department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve In-Room Dining service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage front of house management position, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a strong focus on exceeding guest expectations.
