The PositionWe are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our hotel's executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales and customer service, resulting in increased revenue and improved guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including ownership, hotel teams, and corporate office, to ensure alignment and communication of strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Director or similar role, with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including ownership, employees, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-$200,000 annually, plus an annual incentive plan and housing allowance. You will also enjoy access to excellent training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and sick leave coverage.
