Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
- Compile data to prepare comprehensive documents supporting executive decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and documents for consideration by executive committees and boards of directors.
- Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to ensure timely delivery.
- Organize meetings, agendas, and itineraries for committee, board, and other events.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, assessing issues and recommending courses of action.
- Manage daily operations, including travel arrangements, financial statements, and contract administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
