Job Description
  • Compile data to prepare comprehensive documents supporting executive decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documents for consideration by executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and itineraries for committee, board, and other events.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, assessing issues and recommending courses of action.
  • Manage daily operations, including travel arrangements, financial statements, and contract administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
