About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations, including arranging travel, itineraries, and making reservations.
- Supervise other workers and establish office procedures and routines.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office policies and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage contracts and maintain digital databases.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
This role is based in our main office location and requires regular attendance. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
