We are seeking a skilled Strategic Office Coordinator to join our team at Technology Links Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong background in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • HR Department Coordination: Coordinate activities to ensure the HR department meets the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Organization: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct daily operations, and plan and organize daily tasks.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures, including the classification and rating of occupations.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, oversee payroll administration, and manage contracts.
  • Clerical Duties: Open and distribute mail, answer telephone calls, relay messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a fixed salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location and experience.
