Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a Designer Brand and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example, focus on the achievement of sales goals managing a designer brand/department
  • Deliver product knowledge training to Advisors, develop taste level and brand image
  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele
  • Prepare for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales
  • Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure the product inventory and spirit of the brand is represented
  • Participate and coordinate Trunk Shows
  • Focus on inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training
  • Demonstrate interest and ability to develop others
  • Lead a team focused on achieving financial goals

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience sales preferably in a luxury environment, clothing or store/department leadership
  • Experience in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure
  • Possess a passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store
  • Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills acquired into daily activities
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail Customer Service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
