Job Summary

The Showroom Design and Sales Consultant is a key member of the EMCO Corporation team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clients in the luxury market. This role requires a strong understanding of high-end products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting and purchasing luxury products, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and other industry professionals to drive sales and growth.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes, as well as reliable delivery dates, to meet client expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and gross profit margins, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enter orders and quotes into the system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in a relevant field, such as design, architecture, or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of luxury products and services, and to suggest appropriate solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and other relevant systems.
