Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a Designer Brand and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Focus on achieving sales goals and managing a designer brand/department
  • Deliver Product Knowledge Training: Develop taste level and brand image among Advisors
  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling: Build relationships with customers and create repeat clientele
  • Prepare for Client Meetings: Strategize merchandise presentation and create opportunities for add-on sales
  • Communicate with Buying and Visual Teams: Ensure product inventory and brand spirit are represented
  • Participate in Trunk Shows: Showcase products and create engaging customer experiences
  • Inspire Repeat Customer Experiences: Focus on consistent training and exceptional customer service
  • Develop Others: Demonstrate interest and ability to develop team members
  • Lead Team Building: Focus on achieving financial goals and developing a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
  • Passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service
  • Desire to participate in training initiatives and apply skills to daily activities
  • Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation

Compensation for this role will depend on experience and skills. This role will start at $20/hour plus commission, bonus, and incentives.
