JOB PURPOSE

The Luxury Client Consultant fosters connections with both new and existing clients of Burberry, providing a bespoke and elevated experience that drives commercial success.

Reporting to the store management, the Luxury Client Consultant will engage and inspire our clientele by sharing a genuine passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury items.

As a specialist in client engagement and service, the Luxury Client Consultant showcases extensive knowledge in styling and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SERVICE AND SALES

Achieve and surpass individual and store sales goals along with other commercial KPIs.

Utilize storytelling and enthusiasm for the brand to inspire clients, cultivating desire and loyalty with each interaction.

Deliver a premium service while demonstrating expertise in products, fashion trends, and styling.

Enhance the client journey within the store: Ensure a remarkable first impression; understand your client, be a product and styling authority, and finalize the sale to nurture the client relationship.

Efficiently follow up and provide after-sales services to our clientele.

Contribute to the store's daily operations by upholding high luxury standards in both front and back of house, including appropriate product levels and replenishment, assisting with inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom upkeep as needed.

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Employ visual techniques to maintain visual standards in line with Burberry's guidelines.

Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Establish meaningful relationships with clients.

Work by appointment to deliver a tailored service and build rapport with clients to enhance loyalty and encourage additional purchases.

Attract new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client portfolio with a commercially driven mindset.

Promote client retention by ensuring regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or client inquiries.

PERSONAL PROFILE

A proven history of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Prior experience in clienteling.

A strong passion for fashion, art, and culture.

In-depth product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail operations.

Awareness of competitor offerings.

Experience working collaboratively within a team.

Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is preferred.

Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Exhibits Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care.

Enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Energetic, proactive, and self-driven.

Detail-oriented and innovative with a passion for sales.

Assertive with exceptional presentation and communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Individual sales performance and KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).

Service targets (Guest Experience, Net Promoter Score).

New client acquisition (conversion and retention).

Number of appointments conducted monthly.

FOOTER

The expected base salary for this role typically ranges between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour at the start of employment. However, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis and is only one component of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive plans, and company-sponsored benefits.
