Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Hegyi Refrigeration & Mechanical Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites, including travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare payroll and maintain inventory of equipment
  • Estimate materials and labour required for projects
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets and summaries
  • Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • First Aid Certificate
