We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Hegyi Refrigeration & Mechanical Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of office services.
    • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Office Operations
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including arranging for shipping, receiving, and storage.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in accounting software, MS Office, and WordPress.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
