As a Strategic Account Sales Professional with Atlas Copco Canada Inc., you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned customer base, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service. With a focus on technical sales in the compressor technique service division, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a technical industry, with a proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge and education are an asset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.

We offer a competitive salary, plus commission and 10% annual bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, vision, dental, life, and disability plans, virtual medical consultations, and more. Our flexible work environment allows for a 35-hour work week with flexible hours and the option to work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Increasing and promoting the sales of our service and maintenance packages in your assigned territory
  • Building and strengthening relationships with customers through in-person visits, meetings, and other methods
  • Promptly responding to customer requests and questions, gaining their trust and providing effective solutions
  • Reporting sales data and activities in our internal CRM system and providing feedback on market activity
