  • Remind the CEO and Presidents about critical tasks and deadlines.
  • Conduct business support analysis and coordination while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Organize corporate events, including fundraising and staff appreciation events.
  • Manage and process expense reports, invoice approvals, and professional registrations.
  • Facilitate activities and the recruitment of association members.
  • Craft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with high professionalism and presentation standards.
  • Write, review, proofread, and edit documents, reports, speeches, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage client events, including venue sourcing, invitations, and logistical details.
  • Handle, coordinate, and maintain calendars and mailboxes, scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing documents, letters, and presentations.
  • Answer and track calls from external suppliers and handle partnership requests from advertising agencies, posters, and sponsorship inquiries.
  • Oversee and confirm the CEO and President's schedules, appointments, meetings, and social events.
  • Monitor and contribute to social media campaigns.
  • Review incoming mail for the CEO and President, redirecting correspondence as instructed, and maintaining follow-up.
  • Draft memos, letters, and other correspondence from verbal or written instructions.
  • Prepare agendas and record minutes for Senior Management Team meetings.
  • Provide the CEO and President with background materials for meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate all travel and accommodations for the CEO and President, and prepare, submit, and enter travel claims.
  • Maintain close contact and a positive working relationship with departmental personnel and the Senior Management Team.
  • Assist the Senior Management Team with business-related interactions with all levels of government, respective agencies, partners, and the private sector.
