We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Brand Strategist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive profitable growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of National account, retail planning, and event professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, to drive sales and growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of wholesale events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in commercial strategy and team leadership.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate data effectively.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience coaching and leading a team, including management of managers.
- Business Acumen: Experience formulating a commercial strategy unique to multiple retailers, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Communication: Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish genuine relationships.
- Results-Oriented: Proven experience anticipating risk and proactively considering solutions to drive results, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Competitive Salary: A base salary range of $255,000-$275,000.
- Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, commuter benefits, flex spending account, employee assistance program, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and birthday PTO.
