About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Officer to join our team at the Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education (CCAE). As a Development Officer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate partners, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and fostering a culture of support among our constituents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engagement plans for corporate prospects, identifying strategies to grow these relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage research, marketing, and proposal development expertise to support partnership growth.
  • Utilize data and digital initiatives to inform partnership development and drive business results.
  • Champion CCAE and foster a culture of support among our constituents, building a network of supporters through creativity and careful planning.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide valuable research, relationship building, and stewardship opportunities, as well as creative marketing and proposal development.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable plans.
