About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Givecloud. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with technology companies and agencies that serve the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Engage Partners: Identify potential partners (e.g., technology partners, resellers, integrations, referral) and initiate partnerships that enhance our market reach and supercharge our product.
  • Seal the Deal: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop resources and align partnership activities with GTM strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define partnership KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on the success and ROI of partnership activities.
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in partnerships management, business development, sales, or related roles within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with external partners.
  • Strategic vision and ability to spot opportunities, craft creative solutions, and make things happen.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling pitches, document processes, and craft effective emails.
  • Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to a positive and fun work environment.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
