Senior Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with a focus on providing exceptional coordination and organizational skills to our team at Third Power Training. Key responsibilities will include arranging seminars and conferences, coordinating HR activities, and directing staff to ensure alignment with our organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate HR activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Direct staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
- Motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
- Open and distribute mail, and manage office supplies
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage payroll administration and oversee the analysis of employee data
- Provide customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints
- Conduct research and perform data entry as needed

- Strong administrative support background

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
