At CANADA INC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in an administrative role. You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services, performing data entry, training staff, and monitoring and evaluating work processes.

As an Administrative Officer, you will work independently and under pressure, with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work in a transportation company setting and have a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Monitor and evaluate work processes

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
