About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a bilingual customer care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chats in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide customer support, including troubleshooting and assistance concerning product repair, use, and warranty.
  • Escalate customer inquiries, disputes, and problems within department guidelines.
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must be bi-lingual (French/English).
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and oral.
  • Initiative and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
