Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at BAWARA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for taking orders, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
