Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

You will also require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
