  • Provide executive leadership and guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior officials on sensitive and complex policy and program issues.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior officials.
  • Experience in setting strategic direction and providing leadership in operational service delivery.
  • Experience in building and managing partnerships and consulting and negotiating with other levels of government, industry, and national or international organizations.
  • Experience in managing human and financial resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Senior-level experience in the banking industry.
  • Experience in risk management, finance, or in a regulatory environment.
  • Experience in working and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, including security and intelligence agencies.
  • Experience in leading the development and analysis of complex cross-cutting social, economic, or security policies and programs.
