Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales and Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Calgary territory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and close large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities.
  • Solve complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment.
  • Analyze point-of-sale and market share data to understand where to spend time and resources.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with numerous people within different segments of the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Alternatively, you may have 5 years of experience working in healthcare. A current, valid Driver's License is also required. Additional qualifications include experience working in healthcare settings, developing and managing relationships with clinical decision-makers, and proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your well-being and career growth.

Work Location and Travel Requirements

This role requires remote work from home and extensive travel within the Calgary territory (80%) and occasional overnight travel (20%). Relocation assistance may be authorized for the right candidate.
