Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales and Account Manager at Impressive Floors, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
About the Role:
This role involves planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers, converting sales leads to complete sales transactions, and actively seeking out new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory. You will also conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs, achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals, and establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular proactive contact
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs
• Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Inform existing and potential customers about special offers and promotions
• Manage and post on social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a diverse culture. They will also have a genuine passion for helping customers and store representatives, and the ability to comfortably navigate hurdles using critical thinking and good judgement.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission pay, automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, store discount, and flexible scheduling.
