About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at U V Conn Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
About You
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
