About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Happy Lamb Hot Pot. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within approved limits.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that team members are informed and aligned with company goals.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • HR Support
    • Provide support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
    • Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
