Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Sales, Canada, to lead and drive the commercial performance for our multi-brand portfolio of brands, e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. Skincare, in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute short and long-term growth strategies, joint business plans, and spearhead relevant commercial initiatives to elevate the visibility and prominence of our brands across retailer platforms.
- Lead the channel and market distribution strategy in Canada, expanding, strengthening, and growing our business in existing partners, while identifying potential new areas of commercial opportunity.
- Oversee all relevant retailer negotiations, including sales and revenue goals, margin, and retailer profitability.
- Guide and mentor a local account management team and work cross-functionally with key partners to ensure the needs of the business are elevated and fully supported.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Beauty industry, with a proven track record of success in a Sales/Commercial role in the Canadian market.
- Outstanding industry reputation, established relationships with senior players at Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmart Canada.
- Success building and managing a high-performing commercial team, with a proven track record of success across multiple retailers.
- P&L management experience, along with budgetary ownership and development.
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
