**About Us**

**Our Story**
We have two hotel chains: Inns, where every room comes with a rubber duck, and Hotel Zed, where we like to think we're a little rebellious. Our latest venture is ROAR, a live-fire restaurant that's taking the culinary scene by storm.
**The Role**
We're seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you'll work across departments to implement sales strategy at every level. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales plan, managing a team of six sales professionals, and collaborating with our marketing and revenue teams to drive growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the organization's sales plan and related budget
* Manage the sales team to deliver their highest potential and exceed sales targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market segments and customer packages
* Stay informed of the competition's sales and marketing strategies and adapt our approach accordingly
* Manage all sales training, yearly sales targets, and sales-related organizational learning
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree
* Proven experience in senior sales management, preferably in the hotel industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and sales software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
